Student Success Story: Alexis Geddie

I had the privilege of being a part of the Urban Fellows program. The internship I was a part of was “Successful Connections”. In this internship, I was able to grow in leadership. I had the privilege of working with people who had years of experience in presenting and delivering how to train teachers. I was able to help bring presentations together and learn the importance of teamwork. This internship will be applied in so many ways for my future. Bringing leadership and teamwork to everything I apply myself to. As well as grasping what strengths a good speaker and educator. I wouldn’t trade this wonderful experience for anything. -Alexis Geddie
