Trevor McCray, M.A.

Trevor serves as the Career Consultant assisting the Nursing, Graduate Physical Therapy, Graduate Occupational Therapy, and Graduate Business students on the Dallas campus. He is from the great state of Louisiana, where the skies are rainy and sunny, but the food and drinks flow like a river. He received his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Pre-Law and Paralegal Studies from Northwestern State University, his master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Louisiana State University, and is currently pursuing his doctorate degree in K-16 Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Trevor’s top five strengths are Focus, Discipline, Command, Significance, and Relator. He inspires and empowers students to be their champion in their career endeavors.

Trevor is addicted to gummy bears and gummy worms for some odd reason, but that’s partially because he’s particular about his teeth. In his spare time, he loves to brush his teeth, learn new boxing techniques, travel randomly, shop via Amazon, juice veggies and fruits, and explore eateries.

A quote that guides Trevor is by Marianne Williamson, “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.”
