Seasonal Manufacturing Team Member

3Bar Biologics is a biotech company spinout from OSU located in the Rev1 Ventures Building on West campus. Our company is improving the productivity and sustainability of the number one industry in Ohio – agriculture – by improving how biologic inputs for agriculture are manufactured and delivered. We have a large manufacturing assembly contract to be completed in September er 2024-April 2025 which involves filling biologic powders into packages and assembling and labeling operations. We are looking for workers to help with this assembly working in 4 hour shifts from 9am-1pm and 1pm-5pm Mon-Fri throughout September-April. We request that applicants be able to schedule a minimum of three shifts per week. The facility is located near the airport and has free parking.

Qualifications

· Ability to work well as part of a shift team to accomplish various precision package filling labeling and assembly tasks.

· Ability to stand throughout shift while performing work.

· Ability to learn quickly and show close attention to detail with repetitive tasks.

· Must have good verbal communication skills and a positive can-do attitude.

· Able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally.

· Experience in a lab or technical work environment is preferred but not required.
