This position is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in hospitality, sports management, event management, food service leadership, or operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support hourly team members during events
- Oversee food and beverage service operations within assigned concession locations
- Monitor food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
- Ensure stands are properly stocked, organized, and ready for service
- Provide coaching, training, and support to staff members
- Assist with inventory, cash handling procedures, and staffing needs
- Help deliver an exceptional guest experience during peak event periods
- Support opening and closing procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy events
- Previous supervisory, hospitality, retail, food service, or customer service experience preferred
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain food safety and alcohol certifications
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and event days
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
