This Virtual and/or In-person Instructional Teacher is a part-time program teaching & instructing position responsible for the implementation and coordination of classroom activities during the fall, summer, and spring semester. All instructional teachers are trained by the Campus Manager before the semester begins and concludes the semester by reporting progress and submitting a program evaluation.
The Virtual Instructional Teacher conducts, coordinates and supports:
· Instruction of Students
· Assessment & Progress of students
· Creates a warm, innovative, inviting and stimulating atmosphere for all students
· Ensure incentive recognitions are rewarded, documented and reported monthly
Roles and Responsibilities
· Meet with Campus Manager weekly to debrief on previous week’s activities and issues and define/refine monthly calendar
· Report weekly class results and progress of students
· Manages student data (i.e. Reading and Math record sheets, Reading Fluency Results)
· Reports student academic progress and attendance
· Assist with the implementation of Giddeon Curriculum
· Ensure that all students have the curriculum they need for the upcoming month
· Ensure that all curriculum and tests are accurately filed
· Assist with Enrichments and Manipulatives
· Ensure incentive recognitions are rewarded, documented and reported monthly
Education and Qualifications
· Must be a degreed professional, graduate or undergraduate student or have multiple years of experience in the Education or related field
· Must have computer knowledge in Zoom, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Word
· Bi-Lingual a Plus
· Certified Teacher a Plus

Days per week: 3-5
Hours per week: 15-25
Rate of Pay: $10-14 per hour
