Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support for customer service, marketing, sales and human resource departments as needed
- Work with the payroll department to ensure timely payment of service partners
- Monitor CSRs to ensure they meet and exceed quality control standards
- Assist with the implementation of training programs for all departments
- Oversee inventory
- Serve as the purchasing agent for various projects
Qualifications and Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in services-based industry is preferred
- 1-3 years marketing experience preferred
- 1-2 years sales experience in sales is preferred
- Associates degree in marketing related field preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Experience with CRM is preferred
- Mastery of MS Office and other software
- High School Diploma (No GED applicants please)
- B+ or higher in English composition
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail
- Extremely proactive with a “Go Getter” attitude
