Summary:
Handling Administrative/Office responsibilities for Converging Health and any companies contracted for support.
Office Admin Responsibilities Include:
- Communicate with a variety of people, such as internal team, vendors, clients and potential clients
- Greet and directs visitor to the company, for onsite meetings
- Assist with coordinating travel and completion of expense reports
- Receive, sort and forward incoming mail
- Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Handle correspondence, billing, and appropriate paperwork as needed
- Prepare monthly reports
- Maintain medical license credentialing and partner with Physician regarding continuing education requirements
- Maintain up to date Policies and Procedures
- Assist with maintenance of office equipment
- Other related duties as assigned, related to organization and efficiency of the operation
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Extremely efficient, organized, and resourceful; must also be flexible and able to function well in a fast-paced environment with great interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively orally including excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion in dealings with staff and clients
- Ability to operate office machines including computer, copier, and conference phone
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Office software, including email, one drive, word, excel and power point
- Proactive team player with strong attention to detail and a motivated mindset
- Willingness to learn new skills and competencies
- Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with all levels of team, vendors, and/or clients
- High school diploma; associates degree or some college strongly preferred
- Experience as an Office Admin preferred

Schedule: Monday to Friday with some flexibility on hours – part-time or full-time will be considered
