As an LPN in this position, you will be responsible for implementing the patient’s plan of care, assessing and providing patient reports and assisting family members with patient self-care and coordinating home health services.

We are currently seeking a self-motivated, dynamic and caring individual to join us as a License Practical Nurse in the Henderson, NV.

Qualifications:

Have a current valid Nevada State Board of Nursing LPN License

Ability to converse easily in Spanish (preferred)! Possess a current valid Nevada Class C Driver’s license Have reliable personal transportation Have a current CPR and First Aid Certification Have, or be able to obtain, a TB clearance health card that meets federal/state requirements Have, or be able to obtain, a satisfactory fingerprint clearance that meets federal/state requirements

Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing school program for a licensed practical nurse course of study.
