Overview
DuraServ, fast-growing commercial loading docks, and door company is seeking a personable and highly motivated HR intern to support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and activities.

HR Intern Responsibilities
· Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
· Help monitor the various communication between HR and other employees
· Check with Hiring Manager for start date changes and start time
· Check on candidates in onboarding platform and alert TA and HR team of any problems
· Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information)
· Assist with maintaining HR and payroll data including payroll check and HSA reports
· Proofread HR documents
· Assist with setting up job fairs
· Post new positions on websites and job boards
· Assist with screening resumes and applications
· Coordinate interviews
Requirements
· Human Resources Management or Business major
· Some experience in an office environment preferred
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
· Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
