AI-Native GTM Engineer
Full-time
Build the systems, experiments, partnerships, and content that help developers discover, understand, and adopt DeepSpace.
AI can generate copy, ideas, and assets quickly. The harder part of go-to-market work is deciding what matters, understanding the audience, building repeatable systems, running real experiments, and learning honestly from the results.
DeepSpace gives developers the foundation for production applications—auth, data, permissions, realtime sync, storage, payments, AI, and deployment—through one SDK their coding agent can use. We are looking for an AI-native builder who can help more developers discover that advantage and turn attention into genuine product adoption.
This is not a conventional marketing role. It sits across growth, product, content, partnerships, and engineering. Prior marketing experience is not required. What matters is that you use AI tools as part of how you think and build, have strong judgment, and can take an ambiguous outcome from idea to measurable execution.
What you’ll do
- Learn how developers and AI-assisted builders currently create, ship, and scale software, then turn those insights into clear positioning and useful campaigns.
- Design and run experiments across product launches, trusted creators, developer communities, partnerships, events, content, and thoughtful outbound.
- Use coding agents, research tools, generative media, and automation to build internal workflows, prototypes, landing pages, campaign assets, and measurement systems.
- Talk directly with developers, prospective customers, creators, partners, and communities to understand what resonates and what does not.
- Work with the engineering team so technical claims, demos, and educational content remain accurate.
- Measure the path from attention to visits, signups, activated developers, and paid use. Distinguish evidence from assumptions and recommend what to expand, change, or stop.
- Own projects end to end: define the objective, choose the smallest useful test, execute it, document the outcome, and turn what worked into a repeatable playbook.
What success looks like
- DeepSpace reaches more of the developers who have the problem it solves.
- Campaigns and partnerships produce measurable product learning, not only impressions.
- Strong ideas move from discussion to live experiments quickly without sacrificing accuracy or quality.
- The team gains reusable systems, clear evidence, and better decisions after every experiment.
Who we’re looking for
- You are AI-native: coding agents, language models, research tools, automation, or generative media are already part of how you get serious work done.
- You are a builder. Your examples may be software, automations, research, content, communities, campaigns, products, or projects you created yourself.
- You write clearly, have good creative judgment, and care about how ideas are presented.
- You are technically curious and willing to understand the product deeply enough to explain it accurately.
- You can work independently in ambiguity, ask useful questions, and make decisions from evidence.
- You are comfortable speaking with users and partners, receiving direct feedback, and changing course when an experiment disproves an assumption.
- Prior marketing experience is not required.
- Nice to have: experience with developer tools, startups, online communities, content production, analytics, TypeScript, or shipping products with AI coding agents. None is required.
How selection works
- Apply with links to things you have built or led.
- We review applications on a rolling basis.
- Selected applicants receive a short, timeboxed build exercise using the DeepSpace SDK.
- A live interview covering general GTM questions is the final round.
The exercise is for evaluation only. You own your submission, and DeepSpace will not ship, sell, or incorporate it into a product or marketing campaign without a separate written agreement.
