Responsible for maintaining and developing existing partnerships, while also identifying and targeting new organizations. Develop and nurture business and community resource partnerships to establish sectoral employment opportunities and successful referral system. Responsible for developing a minimum of 5 business partnerships monthly; maintain close collaboration with Intake and Assessment Specialist, Employment Specialist/Case Manager and Trainer to facilitate and ensure efficient provision of services and meeting expectations of business partners. Research and educate participants on employment opportunities, help participants complete and submit applications, and continue to develop ongoing partnerships and commitments with local companies that will hire Program participants.
