Be part of a 1-3 person facilitator team with a goal of serving 10+ people in an ongoing online community.
- Facilitate/Host a weekly 1-hour Zoom session either for our “Living with Illness,” “Life After Loss,” or “Caregiver Connection” groups for at least 6 months
- Start Zoom sessions 15 minutes early, admit members, and offer a supportive and engaging presence to welcome others with warmth and encouragement
- Share a prepared resource provided to you by Inheritance of Hope staff, facilitate discussion and connections
- Engage group members outside of the Zoom sessions to offer check-ins/encouragement
- Participate in annual training through Zoom
Facilitators will be equipped with the tools to lead their group well through thorough training manual readings and a one-on-one/small group virtual hour-long training.
