Innovative Event Services is seeking creative and enthusiastic individuals to help create amazing experiences for weddings, celebrations, and corporate events. At IES, we challenge interns to put the knowledge gained in the classroom to use, in a work environment. Every internship is customized to fit the educational goals of the intern. Each intern is paired up with a member of the management team, to insure daily feedback and instruction. We have a variety of learning opportunities in the areas of: Marketing and Sales, Lighting Design, Audio Engineering, Scenic Design, Office and Warehouse Management. For short term internships, we focus on one or two departments and for longer internships, we are able to give cross training across all aspects of company operations.

IES will provide an opportunity to work in exclusive environments on over the top productions. Interns will receive on the job training by industry leaders in audio, video, and lighting design. Responsibilities include:

· Pulling and loading equipment

· Creating load lists and work orders

· Site visits with clients

· Setting up equipment

· Operating equipment during events

· Equipment maintenance

Term- Spring 2021 and Summer 2021

Hours- 10-15hrs/week

Open to Juniors, Seniors and Alumni with some Audio Visual Experience
