How it works
We hold your hand from beginning to end. We work with you to secure a placement with one of our corporate partners. Once you’ve been selected for a work placement, we’ll walk you through the visa process, including providing your paperwork, give you accommodation for the year and welcome you to the city when you arrive.
As a Mountbatten Program participant you’ll get:
- Coordination of Tier 5 Visa
- Free accommodation for 12-months
- £690 monthly living allowance
- Healthcare via the NHS
- In-location support
You’ll also join our exclusive alumni network of more than 7,000 professionals including entrepreneurs and business leaders.
Are you the right fit?
You’ll have…
- Passion
- Undergraduate degree with a 3.0 GPA (minimum)
- 6 months office-based work experience (minimum)
- Prior experience in your preferred sector advantageous
