Role Description
This is a contract role for a Flag Football Coach. The Flag Football Coach will be responsible for leading training sessions, developing game strategies, and mentoring athletes. The individual will also work closely with athletes to improve their performance and skills. This role is on-site and located in Springfield, Pa.
Qualifications
- Flag Football Coaching and Coaching skills
- Experience in Football and Training
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
- Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities
- Prior experience in coaching at the high school or collegiate level is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or related field is preferred
