Senior Medical Billing .Net Developer – Work From Home
This is a full-time direct hire position based in Laurel, MD, but is 100% remote. This opportunity is “NOT” open to C2C or 3rd party seekers. Also, this position “REQUIRES” Medical and/or Healthcare experience and .Net Development experience. We are looking for multiple candidates.
We are looking for someone who has experience coding actual medical billing modules. Need experience writing rules to manipulate EDI files.
Desired Characteristics:
– Must have 5+ years of experience.
– Must have .Net experience.
– Must have experience coding medical billing modules.
– Experienced in EDI Transactions 835, 837, 277 and 997.
– Experience in working with a Clearing House for submitting and receiving medical claims using EDI formatted files.
– Must have experience with Medical and/or Healthcare experience.
– Experience with Patient Portal, Telehealth, Video Conferencing and Chat is a plus.
– Angular 6 or higher is preferred.
– Azure experience is preferred.
– Experience with Relational Database Management Systems such as MySQL.
– Experience converting Java to .Net is a huge plus.
– Experience working with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, XP).
– Dedication to quality.
– Strong problem solving abilities.
– High energy, results driven person with strong interpersonal skills.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with more senior co-workers and leadership with confidence and clarity.
– Able to clearly articulate and document software designs.
– Must be receptive to feedback and guidance.
– Comfortable working in a team and interacting with others.
