Virtual Administrative Assistant:
Looking to fill a part-time position, 10-15 hours per week, that can be performed virtually if preferred. Ideal candidate is smart, honest, highly detail oriented, intrinsically motivated, organized, responsible, prioritizes their own health, and is interested in being part of a woman-owned health and wellness small business. The candidate must be proficient with Excel/ Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive. Added experience with Canva and Instagram is a plus. Candidate would ideally have a strong command of professional communication and grammar as well as be confident answering phone calls and interacting with patients, clients, and fellow staff members.
Role may evolve, but starting duties will include:
-answering phone calls and learning sales
-assisting with digital marketing and social media posting for Google and Instagram
-assisting with SEO maintenance and text marketing
Role can be flexible and adaptive based on the candidate’s skillset, desires of interest, and future goals.
