Description:
This position can be fully remote VIA zoom platform. We focus on creating generational wealth for low-income families through life insurance. You do not need any experience in the financial services industry since we are hiring for entry level applicants. We give a minimum of 90 days paid training $200-$500+.You will learn how to have strong customer service skills, flourish in a flexible environment, Powerful written and verbal communication skills, businessman/woman professionalism, sturdy leadership and decision-making skills, ability to develop, manage, and drive growth, goal-oriented and driving past your comfort zones
Commission: Commission (50%-110%) and bonus-based, Residual Income, Stock opportunities (11 income streams), Weekly incentives
Requirements: Since we are in the financial industry we require every applicant to undergo a full background check. We also look for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Must have a valid state ID and/or driver’s license. Also, having self discipline and dependability. We are partnered with Docusign and you will get a copy of your application/background check immediately.
Licensing: We require every individual to obtain a state license. Our company will provide study material, licensing fees, exam fees, all documents and fingerprints needed. We take care of all of the licensing fees for every individual. We offer classes in person, virtual with a coach or online at your own pace. Also, the state exam can be in person or online with a proctor through PSI testing.
We offer part-time and full-time flexibility for your needs. Our 90-day training period for new applicants is also part-time or full-time with flexibility.
