Ray of Sunshine Senior Care is the oldest, licensed Personal Assistance Services (PAS) agency in Denton County. We have been locally owned and operated since 1997. As the marketing specialist, you will be responsible for generating new client leads through developing, maintaining and expanding relationships with the local professional community.
Essential Functions:
- Generate referrals for services by building relationships with physicians, long term care, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources.
- Arrange presentations of Ray of Sunshine Registry services at staff meetings in hospitals, nursing homes, doctor’s offices and private companies
- Execute visitation schedule for existing referral sources to maintain and grow partner relationships
- Coordinate various marketing activities including direct mail, print ads, networking, and proposing new marketing methods
- Utilize contact management system to track and report on activity
- Perform client assessments and supervisory visits
- Maintain relationships with clients and assist administrative staff with care coordination
- Attendance and participation at weekly staff and marketing meetings
- Complete other assignments as requested
Requirements:
- Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently and function well in small teams
- Ability to travel in Denton County & Surrounding Area
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft office and email applications
- Ability to research, analyze information and to draw conclusions
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and problem-solve
- Knowledge of Senior Care Industry a plus
