Real Time Resolutions is looking for a Spring Finance Intern to work with our Finance Team!
We are located off the 35 and Empire Central Drive in Dallas. Compensation is $12/hour and able to work 20+ hours per week.
Essential Functions
- Issuing accounts payable check payments
- Importing check payment information into Bank of America system – Cashpro
- Clearing account check reconciliation
- Credit card transaction matching and entry
- Processing invoices in Concur
- Scanning and filing checks
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be enrolled in 12+ hours of undergraduate coursework or enrolled in 9+ hours of graduate program with a 3.0 GPA or higher required
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Must be able to work independently; self-motivated
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both verbally and in writing
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to achieve objectives with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with initiative and desire to work in a quality environment
- Ability to work as a team member; effectively sharing ideas, skills and knowledge
