As a Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Ron Mathai – State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
