Company Description

Overview of The Einstein School

The Einstein School is a unique, different and successful Private, Non-Profit, 501.c.3 School that has been teaching 5th to 12th grades in Plano for the past ten years. We have year round enrollment and have over 150 students enrolled for our current 2020-2021 school year for grades 5-12th.

Last year, before COVID-19, we had small class sizes by design with 12 students in High School Classes and 8 Students in Lower School Classes.

Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic, we are having small classes (6-8 students). This allows for our teachers to teach without regard to any State Mandated Tests and have the ability to really know how we can differentiate and know our individual students. If you are tired of being “forced” to teach what every other teacher is teaching on a specific day or having to give up your lesson plans to teach to the STAAR Test, then come to our school where you can bring your own individual teaching style and do what you love to do, Teach!

We offer classes in person, online through ZOOM and Distance Learning.

We have seen over a 70% growth since June 2016 in our enrollment. In January 2020, The Einstein School was voted as the Best School in Plano, Best Place to Work and Best After School Program in Plano. In January 2019, The Einstein School was voted the Best School in Plano and Best Plano to Work by the Plano Star Local Media Reader’s Choice Award for 2018!

You can read more about our school at www.TheEinsteinSchool.com or at

www.facebook.com/TheEinsteinSchool/ .

In March 30, 2020 the Einstein School was accredited by Cognia (formally AdvancED), a global non-profit working in over 80 countries. Cognia works with 36,000 institutions that serve and support nearly 25 million students and 5 million educators every day, This Accreditation by Cognia allows for our school to be recognized in the State of Texas, The United States and the Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS).

A valid Texas Teaching Certificate is highly recommended but not required for substitute teachers and tutors.

————————— INCLUSIVITY POLICY ————————————
