Position Overview:
- Role: Business Development Outreach Intern
- Location: Remote (with potential for hybrid in NYC)
- Duration: 2 months (part-time)
- Start Date: Immediate
- Compensation: School credit and a one year pass for Lumis
What You’ll Do:
- Craft compelling outreach emails, pitches, and proposals to build partnerships and secure collaborations.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and relationship management with cultural leaders.
- Track outreach progress using CRM tools and contribute to strategy sessions for expanding our network.
- Support marketing initiatives by gathering insights from partners to enhance the Lumis pass experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current undergraduate or graduate student in Business, Marketing, Communications, Art History, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills—written and verbal—with a knack for persuasive storytelling.
- Enthusiasm for cultural institutions and a desire to promote accessibility in the arts.
- Basic experience with tools like Google Workspace, CRM software (e.g., Brevo), or social media for professional outreach.
- Self-starter attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bonus: Prior internship experience in sales, partnerships, or non-profit sectors.
