Are you looking for rewarding part-time work that can make a full-time difference in a young person’s life? If so, then we have a great opportunity for you!

We need enthusiastic instructors who specialize in tutoring reading, writing, and math at the elementary and middle school levels.

You MUST have a high school diploma and a MINIMUM of one year of college to apply!

What You’ll Do

  • Coach and motivate students to reach their academic goals
  • Tutor multiple subjects confidently and effectively
  • Help students build strong study habits and discover their learning styles
  • Work with up to three students at a time in a focused, small-group environment
  • Act as a mentor by setting positive boundaries and encouraging academic growth
  • Keep accurate session records and participate in team meetings
  • Bring energy, professionalism, and heart to every session

What We Offer

  • Pay: $12 – $15/hour based on qualifications

  • A positive, supportive workplace located within walking distance of Creekside Intermediate and Clear Springs High School

What You Bring

  • Ability to work ON-SITE at the League City location (no remote tutoring at this time)
  • A commitment to stay with us for at least 12–24 months
  • Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program (please, NO high school students!)
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
  • 1–2 years tutoring experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to multitask and tutor up to three students at once
  • A passion for education, teamwork, and student success
  • Strong communication skills and subject matter confidence

Work Schedule (School Year)

  • Mon–Thurs: 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM
  • Fri: 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM
  • Sat: 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM
  • We ask for a minimum availability of three weekdays. More availability is even better!
