SELF-SCREENING:

What is an insurance Broker

1. Sell insurance for the insurance companies (Allstate, BlueCross BlueShield, MetLife…)

2. Provide customer service for the policies we sell.

You will be on call and actively selling.

Would you be happy as a salesperson and providing customer service on demand?

3.Must be fluent in Spanish.

Testing:

You will also have to go through training as an insurance broker and take a test(s). $55/test. Training/Testing will be suited to the type of insurance you want to sell:

1. Property and Casualty (consists of home, auto, business and other liability and property insurance)

2.Life and Health

>Medicare/ACA compliant- Government regulated health insurance. $150/year (3 attempts)

The $ amounts are estimates and you re-take until you pass (80%). Some states make you take and pass a course before you can take the test for P&C or L&H.

Licensing:

We take care of licensing and we will pay for your home state and continuing education credits. 24 credit hours are required every 2-years to maintain your license which we will help you get and pay for.

Training:
