The UWF Outdoor Adventures Program has an opening for their Grad Assistant position. Benefits include $16,170 stipend paid bi-weekly (12 months) and a 50% tuition waiver. This role works directly with the OA coordinator to help lead the program to continued success. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing the climbing center, bike shop, challenge course, disc golf, special events, and trips. As well as managing maintenance and inspection of equipment and program areas; hiring, scheduling, training, and supervising instructors; planning, budgeting, marketing, and leading on and off campus trips. The GA will also collaborate on department-level projects as needed. This position is an unique opportunity that allows outdoor minded individuals continue their education while obtaining their masters as well as getting professional development opportunities.
