Tune in Monday, October 12th at 12pm via zoom to a session on disability in the workforce. Cathalina from Career Connections and Allyson from Disability Student Services invite you to a virtual program designed to help you confidently navigate the workforce. This presentation will cover the core aspects of your disability rights and provide actionable strategies, including:

• Understanding your fundamental rights as a job seeker and employee.
• Mastering the Application & Interview Process and knowing what information employers are legally prohibited from asking for.
• Learning about your right to Reasonable Accommodations and how to engage in this process effectively.
• Strategizing Disability Disclosures by examining the ‘when’ and ‘why’ behind sharing personal information.
