Overview:
1Heart Caregiver Services – Southlake is seeking a friendly and dedicated Marketing Liaison/Client Care Manager (CCM) to manage our existing clients and welcome new clients to our services. The CCM will focus on building lasting relationships with clients, their families, and professionals in the senior care community across Southlake, Flower Mound, and surrounding areas. The goal is to generate client referrals, expand our reach, and provide exceptional care coordination.

Responsibilities:
- This is a field-based sales role that requires regular in-person visits to hospitals, senior communities, and other healthcare facilities across the territory.
- Reflect and model the core values of 1Heart Caregiver Services in all interactions.
- Research, develop, and maintain client and referral relationships; perform all phases of the sales process including cold calls, follow-ups, and recommending appropriate 1Heart services and community resources.
- Maintain and nurture existing referral accounts through consistent follow-up and relationship management.
- Respond to calls, texts, and emails from clients, families, and referral partners outside standard business hours when needed to support timely communication and care coordination.
- Work with 1Heart leadership to develop and implement weekly and monthly sales and marketing activity plans aimed at meeting or exceeding goals.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the 1Heart brand and services; deliver effective 1:1 meetings and formal group presentations to referral sources.
- Accurately record prospecting, sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities using company software.
- Build and manage a database of qualified leads through in-person outreach, email, phone, and web-based methods.
- Conduct service inquiries and care consultations using a consultative sales approach.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics standards.
- Participate in client, prospect, and coworker educational programs as needed.
- Be willing to travel for occasional out-of-state company events or trainings (typically once per year, at company expense).
- Be open to public speaking engagements, community presentations, and training or mentoring other employees as needed.

Compensation Type: Base + Performance Bonus on Sales
- Base salary starting at $33,000/year, depending on experience in home care sales and healthcare marketing
- Monthly performance-based commissions tied directly to the revenue and sales you generate, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $5,000/month based on census levels achieved
- Recurring monthly bonus income for each active client, rewarding strong relationship-building and long-term client retention as long as clients remain on service
- After reaching the $5,000/month bonus level, incentives transition from census-based bonuses to an attractive profit-sharing model, offering substantial long-term earning potential
- Monthly car allowance paid on top of base salary and commissions to support field marketing and community outreach activities
- Strong long-term earning potential for motivated, relationship-driven professionals who excel at building referral partnerships and growing their territory
