This is an entry‑level opportunity for recent college graduates (or students graduating soon) who are interested in starting a career in IT, technology operations, or digital transformation—no prior IT experience required.
You’ll support an enterprise IT organization through administrative coordination, documentation, and reporting, while gaining exposure to how IT teams operate and communicate. This role is intended as a launchpad into future IT, operations, analytics, or project roles.
What You’ll Do
- Support day‑to‑day IT administrative and coordination activities
- Help organize meetings, calendars, agendas, and follow‑ups
- Assist with travel planning, expenses, and basic purchasing documentation
- Support IT town halls and team meetings (virtual & in‑person)
- Create and update documentation, guides, emails, and slide decks
- Help collect and organize quarterly IT performance metrics
- Use approved AI tools to assist with documentation and reporting
- Learn how enterprise IT teams operate and measure success
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or expected soon) in any major
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable learning new tools and technology
- Interest in IT, technology, or business operations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
- No prior IT experience required
