We need detail-oriented, analytical self-starters who can work independently and handle real responsibility.

Note: Weekly supervisor meetings are preferably scheduled on weekends to accommodate flexible work schedules.

Duties:

  • Research adjacent markets (MBA, medical school); analyze competitors and identify gaps
  • Break down user journeys in new verticals; propose marketplace adaptations
  • Design and execute a campus brand ambassador program including recruitment strategy, performance KPIs, enablement materials, and ongoing program optimization
  • Present strategic findings and recommendations directly to founder
  • Review consultant applications; coordinate payouts; maintain CRM database
  • Track metrics and create dashboard reports; manage bug tracking and referral programs
  • Respond to inquiries; conduct onboarding calls and provide training
  • Build/moderate community; resolve disputes; create help documentation
  • Some functional testing of the platform in early days of internship

Qualifications:

  • Analytical with strong research/synthesis skills; comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills; extremely detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-starter who works independently; interest in startups

For this internship, what level of experience is needed?

No prior professional experience required, but some working experience preferred.
