About the Role
Rosenblum Law is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Associate Attorney to join our growing Estate Planning practice in Clifton, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed attorney looking to build a rewarding legal career in Estate Planning. No prior experience is required—comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
We are looking for candidates with exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in developing expertise in Estate Planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with estate planning matters under the guidance of senior attorneys.
- Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
- Conduct legal research and stay informed on estate planning laws and regulations.
- Participate in client consultations and provide professional legal support.
- Maintain accurate case files and documentation.
- Collaborate with the legal team to deliver high-quality client service.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active New Jersey Bar Admission (required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Estate Planning.
- No prior legal experience required.
