We’re hiring for multiple roles on our Railway team!

Railway Operations Roles:

Railcar Craftsman | Full-Time, Year-Round
Wage: $21.20 per hour
Summary: This role is responsible for maintaining the passenger car fleet by inspecting and performing necessary maintenance and repairs of the railway cars, safely and efficiently, ensuring train cars meet expectations, and presentation standards, and are safe and suitable for service.

Customer Service Roles:

Passenger Service Attendants | Part-Time & Long Term Seasonal
Wage: $15.20 per hour
Summary: The Passenger Services Professional Attendant works onboard the Grand Canyon Railway’s passenger train, in all classes of service from Coach to Luxury, and is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of guest service during our passenger’s experience while in route to the Grand Canyon.

Assistant Passenger Services Manager | Full-Time, Year-Round
Wage: DOE
Summary: This role is responsible for ensuring the staff in train passenger services and ticket counter operations are providing quality service that creates memorable experiences and exceeds guest expectations when our passengers are obtaining ticket vouchers and while on-board the Grand Canyon Railway train. The position will also oversee the continual training and development of the staff to meet company and department requirements.

Ticket Agent | Seasonal & Part-Time, Year-Round
Wage: $17.85 per hour
Summary: This role is responsible for ensuring all daily functions are completed at the Ticket Counter. Duties include but not limited to: ensuring accurate batching of train tickets, confirming reservations, answering phones, issuing and explaining train tickets to passengers.
